Privacy policy
The short version: I use your details to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Who holds your details
Jonathan Wood, private mathematics tutor, Uckfield, East Sussex. You can reach me at jwood.maths@icloud.com or 07876 700091.
What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the year group or level, whether you would like lessons online or in person, your message and any preferred days and times.
What I use it for
To reply to your enquiry, talk through how I can help and arrange lessons. Nothing else. I do not send marketing.
Where it goes
The form emails the details straight to my own inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. This website has no database and stores nothing itself.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your details are never shared, sold or passed on.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails stay in my inbox for as long as I may need them. If you would like yours deleted, email me and I will remove it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. When you send an enquiry your IP address is used momentarily to limit repeated submissions; my host, Vercel, also keeps ordinary server logs.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will sort it out. If you are ever unhappy with how I have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
